I would update this to be the TFS11 RC, but I echo the sentiment.

Is this why I get the error;
Cannot create unknown type '{clr-namespace:TfsBuild.NuGetter.Activities;assembly=TfsBuild.NuGetter.Activities}GetFile

I added the "version control path to custom assemblies" on the build controller.
Works in TFS 2010, but not 2012 for me.
